This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when you use Creaaatives, create an account, save favorites, allow analytics or are listed as a creative in the directory.

2. Listed creatives
Creaaatives processes publicly available professional information about selected creatives. This may include a person's name, professional role or discipline, professional location, representation, portfolio or website links, professional social profiles, an original editorial description and other professional information relevant to the directory. Information is primarily researched from public professional sources such as the creative's own portfolio or website, official studio, agency or representation profiles and official professional social profiles.
The purpose of this processing is to operate and editorially maintain an independent, human-curated directory, identify listed creatives, describe their professional work and direct visitors to relevant original sources. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests pursued are operating and editorially maintaining the directory and enabling the discovery of professional creative work, balanced against the rights and interests of the individuals concerned.
Creaaatives does not intentionally collect private or sensitive information for creator profiles. Listed creatives may object to the processing or request a correction, update or removal through the report function available on creator profiles or by contacting [email protected]. Requests are reviewed and information will be corrected, updated or removed where appropriate. Where Article 14 GDPR applies, this section is intended to provide the relevant transparency information.
3. Hosting & delivery
Creaaatives uses Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver the website and API and to store application data. In the course of providing the service, technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested resources and browser information may be processed by the infrastructure for delivery, reliability and security. Creaaatives does not store visitor IP addresses in its own analytics database.
4. Google sign-in & account
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google authenticates you and provides the account information required by Creaaatives, currently including your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile picture. Creaaatives stores the information needed to maintain your account and link it to your favorites. Google sign-in is optional and is only initiated when you choose to sign in.
5. Favorites
When you are signed in, creators you mark as favorites are stored with your Creaaatives user ID so that your selection can be synchronized across devices.
6. Necessary cookies & storage
Creaaatives uses a secure session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. During Google sign-in, a short-lived OAuth state cookie is used to protect the authentication flow. These technologies are necessary for the requested account functionality. Your privacy choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember whether analytics is allowed.
7. Google Analytics
Google Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you consent to Analytics in the privacy settings. If enabled, Google Analytics may process information about your visit and device to help understand how Creaaatives is used. You can withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie settings”; the change applies to future analytics activity on this site.
8. First-party analytics
When you consent to Analytics, Creaaatives may also record first-party usage events such as page views and creator interactions, together with the relevant page, referrer and device category. A browser-generated visitor identifier is transmitted to the Creaaatives API and stored only as a server-side hashed identifier. The analytics database does not store visitor IP addresses. Country information, where available, is limited to Cloudflare's coarse two-letter country code. First-party analytics remains inactive unless Analytics consent has been given.
9. Storage & deletion
Account and favorites data are retained while your account is in use or until deletion is requested, unless a longer retention period is required for a specific legal reason. Authentication sessions expire automatically. Information about listed creatives is retained while it remains relevant to the directory and may be corrected, updated or removed following a justified request or objection. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting the address above.
10. Your choices & rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn for the future at any time. Where personal data about listed creatives is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you also have the right to object to that processing in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.
